Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

This contest is sponsored by Tricity Mitsubishi (the "Sponsor"). It is administered on the Sponsor's behalf by Dealer Ignition.

2. Eligibility

The contest is open to residents of British Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and of Dealer Ignition, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter.

3. No purchase necessary

No purchase or vehicle transaction of any kind is necessary to enter or to win. Making a purchase does not improve your chance of winning.

4. Entry period

The contest opens on August 8, 2026 and closes on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

5. How to enter

Complete the entry form at dealerignition.ca/freegas with your first name, last name, email address, cell number and the year, make and model of your current vehicle. All required fields must be completed for the entry to be valid.

Limit one entry per person. Where more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first valid entry will be kept. Entries made by automated means, scripts, or any method other than the entry form are void.

6. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won: fuel for one year, awarded as fuel cards, to a maximum total retail value of two thousand Canadian dollars ($2,000 CAD).

The prize is awarded as stated and cannot be substituted, transferred or assigned. There is no cash equivalent. If the prize cannot be awarded as described for any reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Draw and odds

One winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The draw will take place on or about September 2, 2026 at the Sponsor's premises.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Skill testing question

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, unaided, a mathematical skill testing question. An entrant who does not answer correctly will be disqualified and another entrant will be drawn.

9. Winner notification

The selected entrant will be contacted using the email address and cell number provided on the entry form. The selected entrant must respond and claim the prize within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within that period, declines the prize, or is found ineligible, the entry will be forfeited and another entrant may be drawn.

The winner may be required to sign a declaration and release confirming eligibility, acceptance of the prize as awarded, and consent to the use of their name and likeness in connection with the contest without further compensation.

10. Privacy and communications

Personal information collected through the entry form is used to administer this contest, including contacting the winner.

By submitting an entry, entrants consent to being contacted by the Sponsor with offers and updates. That consent can be withdrawn at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting the dealership directly.

Personal information is not sold to third parties.

11. General conditions

• By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, automated, or otherwise in breach of these rules.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the contest if it cannot be run as planned, subject to any approval required by law.
• The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received for any reason, including technical failure.

12. Meta

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Facebook or Instagram. Entrants provide their information to the Sponsor and not to Meta.
