By engaging Dealer Ignition (operated by Ignition Creative Inc.) for marketing services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms govern all service engagements unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement.
Our services include but are not limited to performance advertising, campaign creative, brand strategy, social media management, and AI-powered sales tools. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be defined in your individual service agreement or statement of work.
All fees are outlined in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:
Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use all deliverables created specifically for their campaigns. Dealer Ignition retains ownership of proprietary tools, templates, strategies, and methodologies. We reserve the right to showcase anonymized or credited work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Dealer Ignition provides marketing services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific results, sales figures, or return on ad spend. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date, including any committed ad spend. Access to Dealer Ignition tools and platforms will be revoked at the end of the service period.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
